What are the benefits of training?

Agile project management methods (such as Scrum or Kanban) have only a few rules and at first glance seem very simple. However, applying them in a way that brings benefits is quite difficult. To do this, you need to understand the essence of Agile principles and examine real examples from companies.

In the training, we will understand the reasons behind Agile project management and how they have been proven in real-world applications. We will also create an implementation plan that can serve as a good guide for participants who decide to use these methods to manage their projects.

What is the training program?

The training consists of theoretical material combined with the lecturer's practical personal experience in implementing and using Agile methods. About half of the training program consists of practical exercises. They are designed so that training participants can immediately test new knowledge and discuss their first experiences in applying it.
