We provide, maintain, improve and ensure the security of our website, as well as the organization of Agile training and consulting. For this reason, we must collect, use and store information about you.

 

4. What information do you collect, use and store about me?

 

UAB Agilendas collects and processes the following categories of personal data:

 

  • basic data required for the above purposes: name, surname, workplace details, address, contact details, etc .;

  • contact details, such as address, telephone number, e-mail postal address, language of communication;

  • data required for the provision of services or the sale of goods: order data, information contained in invoices, data relating to payments, etc .;

  • data collected using communication and other technical means, such as data in communication with UAB Agilendas telephones, video and / or audio recording means, e-mail. mail, messages and other means of communication such as social networks;

  • data generated using electronic means of communication and UAB Agilendo services, such as traffic data - connection start date, time, duration, caller's subscriber number, connection subscriber number, IP address used during Internet user connection, etc .;

  • data related to the Client's visit to UAB Agilendo websites or using other UAB Agilendo communication channels (facebook, instagram, LinkedIn, Mailerlite, Tidio, etc.).

  • data related to the provision of services, such as data on the performance or non-performance of contracts, concluded transactions, valid or expired contracts, requests and complaints submitted, applicable service fees, etc .;

  • Information you provided yourself (name, e-mail, telephone number, job title and details)

    • When registering at UAB Agilendo self-service, we collect the basic information necessary for user identification and the desired visit information, which you provide when filling in the registration form, ie name, e-mail address, telephone number, desired training date and title and the text of your message to us.

 

7. To whom does UAB Agilendas provide or can provide personal data?

  • to other persons with your consent, if such consent is obtained due to a specific case.

 

8. What is the legal basis for collecting information about me?

We collect information about you legally because:

 

  • You have given your consent;

  • Your information is required when you enter into a service or other agreement with UAB Agilendas (verbal, written, placing an order, request).

 

9. How long do you keep information about me?

 

UAB Agilendas protects your personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of data processing or provided by legal acts, if they provide for longer data storage. If the legal acts do not stipulate the terms of storage of documents containing personal data, these documents are stored for up to 5 years from the date of termination of the relationship with you. At the end of the deadlines mentioned in this point, personal data records are destroyed and / or documents are transferred for archiving.

UAB Agilendas takes all possible measures to ensure that personal data is processed accurately, fairly and lawfully, that they are processed only for the specified purposes, in strict compliance with the clear and transparent requirements for the processing of personal data established by legal acts.
