The training exceeded my expectations, I was very happy with all the courses. On the first day, it was a bit difficult to adapt to a different rhythm, but the quality of the knowledge, the teacher's goodwill, adaptability and sharing helped a lot. A truly wonderful lecturer and showed many aspects, tools, situations.

Description
Leading a successful Agile transformation requires new practices that help your organization best support your business goals, respond effectively to change, help leaders guide teams, make the right technology decisions, and more.
This course is an intensive 16-hour introduction to Agile Product Management, Requirements Definition, and the Scrum framework. After this highly interactive introduction to Agile/Scrum principles and practices, the team creates a real-world product backlog. Starting with defining the product vision, the team works through each requirements definition process and fully creates each artifact, learning how to refine Agile requirements to consistently and incrementally deliver valuable products that meet customer needs.
Learning objectives:
Understand Agile principles and learn to apply them in a team
Learn common terminology and gain an understanding of the Scrum framework, including the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team, and know how to collaborate with them
Learn how to write effective user stories that meet the INVEST criteria and practice how to break down user stories into smaller stories using nine user story decomposition models
Create an actionable project vision, forecast releases, and visualize Agile project progress. Understand the differences between PMI and Agile project documentation, management, and reporting
Test the product definition process – from visualization to user stories, using tools such as the Lean Product Canvas and User Story Map
Practice determining value and using the business value game to reconcile conflicting priorities between intermediaries
Learn how to create release forecasts without defining every requirement from the start. Explore proactive product discovery and the power of iterative risk management techniques
Learn the characteristics of good, well-written user stories and how to create them using a structure
Learn to practically create a realistic product vision, release forecast, and to-do list from start to finish
Understand how to make progress visible and how to facilitate successful project delivery by a fixed date and/or fixed time
After completing the entire course, you will be able to receive a Certified Scrum Product Owner certificate.
