What are the benefits of training?

The ICP-ATF course is one of two ICAgile certified Agile coaching courses. It focuses on the role and mindset of an agile team facilitator, as well as group facilitation tools and techniques that you can use to effectively organize and facilitate meetings and workshops. It teaches you how to organize such meetings to improve collaboration and focus on key outcomes.

Effectively facilitating meetings in both a team and organizational context is a powerful skill for any manager, coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Business Analyst.

This course will be useful for anyone who is an Agile team leader or future team leader, interested in empowered leadership, and wants to learn and practice the art of facilitation in the context of team facilitation and coaching.
