Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO)

You are a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) who focuses on maximizing business value and optimizing product features to understand how to do the best possible work to satisfy key stakeholders. The next step in your Agile journey is to earn the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO℠) certification.

During the A-CSPO course you will learn how to:

• Manage multiple business initiatives from competing stakeholders

• Clearly order and express the elements of product functions

• Define a clear product vision that ensures your product remains focused on features that your customers and end users will actually use

• Communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups to achieve alignment

• Identify critical opportunities and avoid wasting time

• Define and justify business value

• Increase your credibility as a product expert and become a recognized individual who achieves real business results

Duration: 16 academic weeks (2 days of live delivery)

Requirements:

• Hold a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification issued by the Scrum Alliance.

• Attend A-CSPO training for two full days, learning about methods that include stakeholder management, product discovery, and advanced product feature management.

• Successfully complete all components of the approved training offer developed by the lecturer. This may include pre- and post-course assignments if the lecturer deems it necessary to achieve the learning objectives.

• You will be asked to accept the A-CSPO license agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.

• Confirm that you have at least 12 months of work experience specifically related to the role of Product Owner (within the last five years).
