Kęstutis Mikelėnas

Kęstutis wrote his first line of code more than 20 years ago and it was love at first sight! He started his career in an international company as a programmer working on traditionally managed projects. Later, when he became a team leader, Kęstutis was troubled by the question he asked himself - "how to build strong teams and how to find better ways to work?".

Many years of teamwork, experience in applying Agile principles and project management methods were the key to answering this question. Now Kęstutis consults teams and organizations on the path of Agile transformation, helps share knowledge in the Agile Lithuania Association. He is especially appreciated for his ability to explain in a simple way the nuances that initially seem complicated.
