Description:
Day one
-
origins and background of Story Mapping;
-
Story Mapping principles and steps;
-
identifying Product context;
-
aligning on Product Vision;
-
defining Product users and users' goals, prioritizing users;
-
defining Story Map backbone (narrative flow of key activities and tasks).
Day two
-
building Story Map body - stories;
-
identifying release goals and outcomes;
-
slicing map into Release Roadmap and prioritizing work.
Requirements:

Good understanding of Agile principles, iterative delivery. Experience applying Agile ways of work.
Duration:

2 days (16 academic hours) in class / 2 days (14 academic hours) remotely.
Participants will receive an Agile Coach Story Mapping Certificate.
