Simas Torgovickis is a project manager working closely with development teams (programmers, testers, business analysts) and business representatives to spread the Agile mindset - to effectively plan work using the Scrum methodology, to maximize business benefits in the shortest possible time. Simas is currently performing Scrum transformations at the team level. Several successful transformations have been implemented in the teams of large companies: Danske Bank, Intermedix, SEB.

 

Simas trains new Scrum Product Owners and Scrum Masters, passing on their experience and the most effective methods of applying the Scrum methodology.

 

As Simas Torgovickis has spent most of his IT career working as a business analyst, he has gained very useful experience working with Agile project / product to-do lists, mastering effective methodologies such as Hamburger, INVEST, SMART, Iceberg, user User Stories Writing Technique.

 

Simas is an ICAgile Certified Professional Tester (ICP-TST), a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Host (CSPO), a Certified ITIL Fundamentals Specialist, an Agile Coach Lecturer and Lecturer- volunteer in Lithuanian universities.
