Agile project management methods enable companies to plan and control the scope, budget and time of projects, even if the requirements of the project are constantly changing - ensures the implementation of today's rapidly changing business needs.
In this one-day training, participants will understand the essence of Agile project management and figure out how to create a product to-do list from an idea, requirements specification, or business plan. We will discuss what are User Stories and how they differ from traditional forms of claim writing such as Use Cases. We will find out when and how it is advisable to use them. We will learn to quickly evaluate the works in a comparative way with Story Points, we will find out how to calculate the project budget and time from them.

For project managers, analysts, business analysts and anyone interested in managing Agile projects.
What training program?
The training consists of theoretical material combined with practical personal experience of the lecturer in the implementation and use of Agile methods. About half of the training programs consist of practical exercises. They are designed to allow trainees to immediately test new knowledge and discuss first-hand experience.
