Radek Orszewski – is a seasoned agility practitioner with almost 20 years of international experience in software products development and services delivery working in Germany, Poland, and teams in Europe, Asia, and the USA. 

 

He practices Scrum since 2007 (CSP-SM, CSP-PO, PSM II, PSK) and Kanban Method since 2011 and thanks to successful and documented implementations and transformations he has become one of the first Kanban Coaching Professionals and Consultants in Central Europe. Since 2018 he is an accredited Kanban Trainer and provides wide range of training certified by Kanban University including paths: 

• Team Kanban Practitioner, 

• Kanban Management Professional, 

• Kanban Coaching Professional. 

 

He provides training, consulting, and coaching services across Europe as LeanAgile.ninja. He founded Berlin and Wrocław Lean Coffee communities. He is a lecturer at CODE University in Berlin. He hosts a Kanban and agility dedicated audio podcast in Polish "Kanban przy kawie".
