Karolis is an experienced Agile practitioner and trainer. He has over 9 years of practical experience in IT project and product management as well as hands-on experience in the positions of Project Manager, Scrum Master, IT Team Leader, Agile Coach, and Product Owner. When he started working at DXC Technologies (former CSC), he worked on IT infrastructure projects. While continuing to work at Zenitech, he broadened his horizons with software projects and team coaching. And when he moved to Danske Bank, he gained additional experience with responsibility for both the team and IT services.

As an Agile training facilitator, Karolis has been conducting training and educational workshops both live and virtually since 2014. The main training topics are Agile basics, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, Kanban training. Karolis has obtained ITIL, CSM, PSM II, CSPO, CSP certificates.
