Account and Sales Manager
Agile Coach, the only Agile consulting and training centre in Lithuania, is growing! We provide consulting to companies and teams on adopting Agile, as well as organising courses for international certification and in-house Agile training for companies. We are looking for an energetic, ambitious account/sales manager who believes in Agile, efficient business processes, and value creation.
What we're looking for:

Experience in active B2B sales (preferably - sales of services), with results you are proud of;

Ambition to grow in sales and business development, work and earn;

Motivation to communicate with customers and sell;

Good skills in written and spoken Lithuanian and English ;

Ability to discuss with C-level executives (advantage);

Experience in using CRM systems (advantage);

Someone who is organised, accurate, attentive, results-oriented, and loves challenges.
You will be:

Actively seeking new customers; communicating; building strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers;

Collaborating with highly experienced international Agile Coach consultants and lecturers to address customer expectations and needs;

Preparing commercial offers and closing deals.

Salary:
1,000-3,000 EUR / month gross earnings
(Fixed portion 1,000 to 2,100 EUR gross + bonus, the amount of which depends on the results achieved by you and the company)
