The ICP-ATF course is one of two ICAgile Agile Coaching Certified courses. It focuses on the role and mindset of an agile team facilitator, as well as group facilitation tools and techniques that you can use to effectively design and facilitate meetings and workshops. It teaches you how to organise such meetings in a more collaborative and focused way to achieve decisive results.
