What is included in the cost of training?
The training price includes the training program, certificate, meals and training aids. There are no additional fees.
What is the procedure for paying for training?
Prior to the training, pre-invoices are sent to the participants, which must be paid before the training day. After the training, invoices will be sent to all participants in accordance with the law.
What is the refund procedure if the training does not take place?
If the trainings do not take place, UAB Agilendas undertakes to return the money paid to the participants in advance within 2 weeks from the cancellation of the trainings.
Do you offer discounts for groups?
Yes, if you send more than 3 participants we apply 5 %. discount. If more than 6 participants - 10 %.
What is the expected training agenda?
Training starts at 9:00 and ends at 17:00. Lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00.
Where do the trainings take place and what are the parking options?
Trainings usually take place in hotel conference halls in the city center, Vilnius, so parking is very limited. All participants are advised to arrive by public transport or taxi whenever possible.
Do I have to take an exam after training to get an international certificate?
The exam must be taken by Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) Agilist participants. All other training does not require an exam, but two days of active participation is required to obtain an international certificate.
When can I know that the group has been approved and the training will take place?
We inform about the approval of the training group 3-4 weeks before the start of the training. The invitation is sent to all participants 2 weeks before the start of the training.
What is the procedure for taking the CSM exam?
After completing the two-day CSM course, participants are sent a link to the exam (which must be taken within 90 days of the end of the course). This is a test consisting of 50 questions. In 60 min. 37 out of 50 questions need to be answered correctly. If you do not pass the exam the first time, you can take it again (free of charge) again. After that, each additional generation will cost $ 25.
