Diana is a certified SAFe program consultant (SPC®) with many years of experience in projects of various sizes and complexities, software installation and maintenance. Diana has a solid theoretical and practical foundation, accumulated through continuous improvement in training and working in international companies such as Siemens, IBM and Telia.

Growing up as an IT / SAP consultant, Diana has been helping organizations transform for the past four years, achieving greater efficiency, productivity, and employee satisfaction through Agile work practices. The latest Agile transformation, led by Diana, took place in a 200+ IT organization with 25 IT teams.
