Danil is a partner of Agile Coach training and consulting center, an Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), an active member of the Agile Lithuania Association and an Agile practitioner, creating an Agile work environment since 2008. With its extensive experience, Danil makes it easier for companies to understand Agile’s needs, value creation, and transformation costs.

 

This practitioner’s acquaintance with Agile began with leading the Scrum team in a design environment, with a focus on creating quick feedback. This was followed by the product company's experience in organizing inter-team work and achieving ambitious business goals. Agile's integration into IT, product and human resources, the opening of a new location and transformations of the companies are experiences that Danil now shares and applies.
