I am an experienced consultant and coach of Agile philosophy and methodologies.
I started my acquaintance with Agile in 2014 joining Agile Lithuania Association, at the same time contributing to sharing with the community. So far, I am happy with this acquaintance because I have had to meet so many enthusiasts and professionals that I would hardly have met in other circumstances.
I started to apply Agile, grow, and improve in the work environment in 2014. Then I started to work in a small company UAB Telesoftas, and over time we grew into a large company. Later I got to know corporate life in UAB Intermedix Lietuva by R1RCM. I had a lot of experience sharing, adapting, and also learning a lot more for myself.
In the work environment, I tested the position of Project Manager and Software Engineering Manager, and roles as Scrum Master, Scrum Master Coach, Soft Team Lead.
My portfolio includes certificates CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), Certified SAFe® Agilist. Knowledge from NLP (neurolinguistic programming), coaching, Points of you methodologies. Experience leading trainings, team building, and different events, also growing and mentoring people.
My experience, open attitude, and communication skills allow me to maintain empathy. The pursuit of openness and sincerity creates a good environment for both me and those around me to improve and learn. I believe in what we can!
