Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training

Learning objectives:

• Understand the principles underlying Agile and learn to apply them in a team

• Learn general terminology and recap an understanding of the Scrum system, including the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum master, product owner and development team, and know how to work with them

• Develop a viable project vision, forecast releases, and visualize Agile project progress. Find out the differences between PMI and Agile project documentation, management, and reporting

• Learn how to write effective user stories that meet the INVEST criteria and practice how to break down user stories into smaller stories using nine user story breakdown models

• Experiment with the product definition process, from visualization to user stories, using tools such as the Lean product canvas and the user story map

• Practice valuing and use the business value game to align conflicting priorities of intermediaries

• Learn how to create release forecasts without defining each requirement from the beginning. Find out the power of active product discovery and repetitive risk management techniques

• Learn what the characteristics of good, well-formed user stories are and how to create them using a structure

• Learn to practice creating a realistic product vision, release forecast, and backlog from start to finish

• Understand how to make progress visible and how to facilitate the successful submission of a project by a fixed date and/or time

• After completing the course, you will be able to obtain a certified Scrum product owner certificate.

Requirements

In order to receive the certificate, it is necessary to attend for two days on site (16 academic hours) without a miss.
