Description
During this two-day onsite (three-day online) course, participants will gain the necessary knowledge to lead a Lean Agile company using the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), basic principles derived from Lean, systematic thinking, Agile development, product improvement flow, and DevOps. They will discuss the seven competencies needed to become a Lean company. They will also learn and apply skills in preparing and maintaining PI planning events and coordinating multiple Agile release trains (ART).
Participants will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, why it is so effective in today's "adapt or dip" market, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. They will also learn how to build and support Agile teams and build applications, build a Lean portfolio, build a continuous supply channel and DevOps culture, coordinate large-scale solutions. They will develop skills that are in demand around the world, and gaining SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) status will enable their companies to succeed in a complex market.
Course participants will be prepared to take the exam and gain the status of a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA).

Requirements
In order to take the exam, it is necessary to participate both days (16 academic hours) without skipping.

Two days (16 academic hours) in the classroom / three days (16 academic hours) remotely.
