Who should attend?

The training is suited for:

- for Agile trainers,

- for scrum masters,

- for team leaders,

- for product owners, project, product, and other managers responsible for development and implementation,

- for people working with processes,

- employees responsible for people development and training,

- managers and leaders,

- for others, who want to learn new practices helping people to understand context, processes, structures, ideas, requirements and build common understanding using images that everyone can relate to.

What is this all about?

Whether we are working in-person or online, it's safe to say communication and shared understanding is key for a successful collaboration.
You might have seen that more and more people use visuals in order to get a shared understanding across, and you might be thinking that you need to learn to draw in order to be able to do this.
I would like to paraphrase Chief Gusteau from Ratatouille and tell you that everyone knows how to draw.

I will conduct the bikablo basics training together with you over two days. Why two days? Well, on the first day we will play with the different building blocks that make up the bikablo grammar and gain more confidence in using it, as well as experiment with new formats. On the second day, we will work on readability as well as run an experiment on visual capturing (of a brainstorm session) as well as use everything we've learned to create a poster you could use right away, once the training is over!

We will cover the bikablo visual thinking technique with a particular focus on its application in a day-to-day context. Beginners and advanced visual facilitators are both warmly welcome!

Maybe you've always dreamed about being able to transfer complex information in an easy-to-understand way. Maybe you would like to visualise a live conversation with a prospective client in order to clarify their needs and see whether you can work together! What if you used your own visuals to support group work on a new project, start a workshop, or get funding for your initiative?

No matter how small or big your talent or experience, you will learn how to use small details to make large spaces look clear, attractive, and lively. You will be working in small groups and Charles-Louis will take plenty of time to answer your questions and guide you into the world of visual language with guidance and techniques suited to fit your individual progress.

All training participants will get the StarterSet as part of the training, as well as a one-time 15% rebate on professional Neuland material.

Bikablo trainings validate PDUs for the Project Management Institute as well as SEUs for ScrumAlliance!
