When I hear leaders saying "Agile does not work", I want to ask them - What about you? "Do YOU work as a leader?". Introducing a framework of ceremonies, tools and techniques is the same as explaining the rules of basketball to a team of basketball players. It means they know what to do with the ball, but it doesn't mean they will be cooperating and doing what they are supposed to do. But that's why we need to introduce not only the rules, but a right mindset as well and actually invest in building an Agile team.
7 years of experience that I gathered working with multiple teams tought me to think not only about the rules of the game, but about mindset, motivation and team values and that is my passion.
