You are a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) with a focus on maximizing business value and optimizing product features to understand how to do the best job possible to the satisfaction of key stakeholders. The next step in your Agile journey is to receive an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO℠) certification.
During the A-CSPO course you will learn how to:
Manage multiple competing stakeholder business initiatives
Clearly order and express product function elements
Define a clear product vision to ensure that your product continues to focus on the features that your customers and end users will actually benefit from
Communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups to achieve alignment
Identify critical opportunities and avoid wasting time
Define and justify business value
Increase your credibility as a product expert and become a recognized person who achieves real business results
Build your knowledge base with better implementation skills
Become exceptional in the global market
Stand out in your industry as a member of the world-renowned Scrum Alliance community
Show your employer (or potential employer) your value as a highly qualified Agile professional
Duration: 2 days (3 days when remote)
Have a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificate issued by the Scrum Alliance.
Participate in A-CSPO training both full days, familiarizing yourself with techniques that include stakeholder management, product discovery, and advanced product function management.
Successfully complete all components of the approved training proposal created by the lecturer. This may include pre- and post-course assignments if the lecturer deems it necessary to achieve the learning objectives.
You will be asked to agree to the A-CSPO License Agreement and complete your Scrum Alliance membership profile.
Confirm that you have at least 12 months of work experience specifically related to the role of product owner (within the last five years).
You can participate in the A-CSPO course at any time after completing your CSPO certification process. You must have at least 12 months of product owner experience joining a Scrum Alliance profile to be eligible for A-CSPO certification.
